COVID-19 Update 2021-01-14
At Brooke Telecom we strive to serve the members of the community with excellent customer service, but we need your help during this critical time!
Under the government restrictions we will try to serve your needs while staying within the bounds of essential services. We ask that you help us by doing the following:
- Call our office first to discuss your service requirements and if needed we will make an appointment for you to visit one of our locations.
- Protect our employees by wearing a mask and maintaining social distancing.
- Make payments by using our drop slot, on-line payment methods on our website or through your financial institution. We also offer a convenient SmartHub app that you can install on your phone.
- If your service request is not essential and can be delayed (eg. a mobile phone upgrade) we ask that at this time you stay home and wait until after the provincial lockdown has been lifted.
Also, during this time we are restricting our installation and repair work to critical premise work only which is determined on a case-by-case basis.
