Spoofing emails

A spoof email has been sent to some of our customers. Spoof e-mails are unfortunately common. This happens when an email or phone number are imitated in an effort to collect personal data by requesting you provide or update your information.
Always check the sender of any email you receive. In this case the 'sender' is clearly not from Brooke Telecom Co-operative. Sometimes spelling or grammar errors are easy to spot and can also be an indication of a spoof email.

MFA has Come to SmartHub

As October’s Cyber Security month comes to an end, we decided it was the best time to roll our our NEW MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) on SmartHub.
This is taking place of October 22, 2025.
This has been added to help keep you and your information safe. You will be prompted to opt in for this service, it is not mandatory at this time, you can choose to opt out at any time if you have signed up for the service.
