Configuring DSL Using PPPOE
- PPPoE means “PPP over ethernet” which is a system that uses a username and password to authorize your dsl service.
- PPPoE connections are set up the same as standard dynamic connections, just, when you set it up, you have to indicate that there is a PPPOE username and password. It’s really easy, and once it is set up, it will stay that way. You should only need to type the username and password once.
